Pregnancy Is No Licence To Overindulge

Just because you’re pregnant is not a green light to eat anything you want. Chances are if you are overeating, you are not really enjoying and savoring your food. You have heard of pregnant women craving for certain types of food but make sure it is reasonable and sensible. It gets harder when you are planning for an invitation baby shower party.

Nevertheless, some adjustments and creativity can go a long way. You may consider serving healthy foods at the Baby Invitations such as sandwiches, fruit kebabs, salads, baby carrots, cucumber sticks and low calorie foods. Having the shower invitations in the daytime instead of a full sit down dinner meal might be helpful.
