Needless to say, water is the cheapest filler, so drink at least four glasses a day. This will also wash a lot of waste products out of your system. Of course coffee or tea could be consider as a liquid diet supplement  provided no milk or sugar is added. So it’s obvious. Isn’t it?  You don’t need a PhD in food technology to understand this simple concept.
Hello? Are you still with me. If you are ‘ good’. Then, let’s move along to the next feasible dieting tip which is to focus on fibre foods.
WORKABLE DIET TIP NO. 3. FIBER IS A GOOD FILLER, TOO.
You guessed it. Actually you can have your bran plain or you can mix it into something like meatballs. Sorry, you cannot have it in a muffin. Whenever possible, you should try to eat low-calorie fibres like pectin or guar. Frankly they probably interfere with fat absorption in the small intestine. And speaking of waste in your system, fibre will also give you bulkier, more regular stools, which you'll appreciate. Easy as pie, if I may say so myself.
Next, if you read nothing so far, the next tip on consuming liquid  should knock your socks off your feet! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Believe it?
WORKABLE DIET’S TIP NO.4.  CONSUME FLUID, FRUCTOSE, AND FIBER BEFORE A MEAL.
This pointer  probably takes the cake! Realms of research have uncovered that by consuming  such fluid it is  less likely you'll gorge yourself  between  meals. Most fresh fruit supplies all of these. And it's essential for your total health and weight loss too. Need I to say more on this tip? I guess not!
Last and certainly not the least, it’s none other than minimal consumption of starchy food. The emphasis here is on quality rather than quantity. Get my drift?

A little of protein will meanwhile help get your basal metabolic rate up. Also  itwill help you to delay your hunger pangs. Easy as pie! Not to sound boastful, this tip is no rocket science.
